Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the FavCRM platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a space, or otherwise using the FavCRM platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Membership & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including OTPs and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FavCRM is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings for spaces and events are subject to availability and specific cancellation policies detailed at the time of booking. Users must adhere to the capacity limits and operational guidelines of each space. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and potential suspension of membership.

4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within all FavCRM affiliated spaces. Any form of harassment, illegal activity, or disruption to other members or staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and underlying technology of the Service are the exclusive property of FavCRM or its licensors and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
